Right Reverend Sir,
I have the honour to inform you that the Acting Registrar General has brought to my notice the following facts connected with a marriage that has taken place which prima facie appear contrary to the provisions of the Marriage Law of this Colony:
On the 27th ult., Mr. Mitchell Juves issued to Mr. Sobrino da Silva a marriage certificate as required by Section XI of Ordinance No. 14 by the Right Reverend Bishop D. J. Raimondi, S.S.
